**Short description:** The European Commission, Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO), intends to conclude a framework agreement with one or more economic operators for the supply of spare parts and maintenance services for biofuel supply, sorting, and shredding equipment.

**Description of the procurement:** The framework agreement will cover the supply of spare parts and maintenance services for biofuel supply, sorting, and shredding equipment. The equipment includes, but is not limited to, biofuel storage tanks, pumps, filters, and shredders. The services will include, but are not limited to, regular maintenance, emergency repairs, and technical support.
