**Description of the procurement:**

The subject of the contract is the successive supply of medicines, program medicines and contrast agents for the needs of Wielospecjalistyczny Szpital SPZOZ w Nowej Soli. The contract will be awarded to the tenderer offering the best value for money, taking into account the quality, price and delivery time of the goods.

**Minimum and maximum quantity of the contract:**

The minimum quantity of the contract is 100 000 EUR and the maximum quantity is 500 000 EUR.

**Lot division:**

The contract is divided into 3 lots:

Lot 1: Medicines

Lot 2: Program medicines

Lot 3: Contrast agents

**Award criteria:**

The most economically advantageous tender will be selected on the basis of the following criteria:

1. Price (weight 60 %)

2. Quality (weight 30 %)

3. Delivery time (weight 10 %)
