**Short description of the contract or purchase**: The Contracting Authority intends to acquire a new electric vehicle with zero emissions, with a maximum permissible gross vehicle weight (GVM) of 3500 kg, designed for sweeping and cleaning streets and public spaces. The vehicle must be compact, with a minimum width of 1.5 m and a minimum height of 2.5 m, and must be equipped with a sweeping system, a dust collection system, and a water tank. The vehicle must also be equipped with a GPS tracking system and a remote monitoring system. The vehicle must be delivered to the Contracting Authority's premises in Brussels, Belgium, by 01/03/2023.
