Nyírbátor's district heating production and supply system (heating plant, pipeline network, heat substations, etc.) operation and management through the establishment of a concession company for a 25-year period - The subject of the Concession Contract to be procured is the operation, maintenance, repair, procurement of energy carriers, billing, revenue collection, handling of arrears, customer service, mandatory reporting to authorities, and data supply to the e-government system. - The Concession Contract will be concluded by the Inviting Entity with the winning bidder, who will be the "Concessionaire" in the Concession Contract - The Concessionaire is obliged to establish the "Concession Company" within 90 days from the conclusion of the contract - The Concession Company shall apply to the Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority within 30 days from its establishment - On the day the permit is obtained (usually January 1st of the year or October 1st in case of mid-year change, from which the 25-year term starts) the Concessionaire shall transfer the rights and obligations arising from the Concession Contract to the Concession Company. - The basis of the concession fee (based on information from the Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority) is the future depreciation of the public utility asset. - The expected amount of the concession fee for the next 25 years can be determined based on an examination of the tangible assets of the district heating system public utility (municipal and currently operated by Nyírbátori Városfejlesztő és Működtető Kft.)
