Финлaндия – Услуги, свързани със селското стопанство – Maatalouslomituspalveluiden hankinta puitejärjestelynä, Sastamalan lomitusalue

Sastamala Municipality invites tenders for agricultural service provision for use by its local unit. The service complements the city's own service provision. The procurement concerns the service organised by the local unit, not the replacement of service organised by the farmer. The procurement will be implemented as a framework agreement, in which the result of the competition determines the order of priority. The procuring entity is not obligated to purchase the service in a certain amount. In the procurement, one geographical area is used, which is divided into six production area parts. The bidder may offer the service in one or more production areas. The service includes the daily essential care tasks for farm animals, as defined by the client and in accordance with the service provision law. The client decides on the granting of the service, the division of tasks and the service period. The service provider does not make official decisions, nor does it independently alter the content of the granted service.
