**Short description of the contract**

**Description:** The Harwood Group is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Tubular Running Services. The DPS will be used to call off contracts for the provision of tubular running services for the drilling and workover of oil and gas wells. The DPS will be established for a period of 4 years from the date of award with the option to extend for up to 2 additional years. Suppliers will be required to provide tubular running services for a variety of well types and depths, including but not limited to, exploration, appraisal, development and production wells. The DPS will be used to call off contracts for the provision of tubular running services for the drilling and workover of oil and gas wells. The DPS will be established for a period of 4 years from the date of award with the option to extend for up to 2 additional years. Suppliers will be required to provide tubular running services for a variety of well types and depths, including but not limited to, exploration, appraisal, development and production wells.
