Popis

Croí Cónaithe (Cities) je fond na podporu výstavby bytů k prodeji majitelům. Cíl Schematu je překonat současnou „mezera v dostupnosti“ mezi náklady na výstavbu bytů a tržní prodejní cenu (kde náklady na výstavbu jsou vyšší). Financování pro Croí Cónaithe (Cities) bude k dispozici pouze pro vhodné vývojové projekty bytů, kde je prokázána mezera v dostupnosti. Pokud nebude překonána, tato mezera bude vést k tomu, že byty nebude postaveny nebo budou postaveny, ale nebudou k dispozici k prodeji majitelům. Schemat bude spravován a řízen The Housing Agency ve jménu Ministerstva bydlení, místní správy a dědictví. The Housing Agency bude nyní přijímat projevy zájmu o vývojové projekty prostřednictvím e-tenders k identifikaci vhodných návrhů.
