**Description of the Contract:**

The Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the operational lease of bicycles. The framework agreement will have a duration of 48 months, with an option to extend for an additional 24 months. The estimated value of the contract is € 1 000 000.

The bicycles will be used by various departments within the Ministry for official business purposes. The supplier will be responsible for the delivery, maintenance, and repair of the bicycles throughout the contract period. The supplier must also provide insurance coverage for the bicycles.

The Ministry requires a minimum of 500 bicycles, with the option to increase this number based on future needs. The bicycles must meet specific technical requirements, which will be outlined in the tender documentation.
