Detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ. 1) The subject of the order are services in the field of forestry in accordance with the definition in art. 6 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026 pos. 663 – „Forest Act”) covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and logging, seed production and selection, nature conservation, secondary forest use, maintenance of forest facilities, plantations, removal of dangerous trees to be carried out in the area of the Sieraków Forest District in 2027. 2) The material scope of the subject of the order covers the summary quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and logging, seed production and selection, nature conservation, secondary forest use, maintenance of forest facilities, plantations, removal of dangerous trees resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Annex No. 2.2.1. - detailed size of works according to groups of activities, activities and location; Annex No. 2.2.2. - valuation of the order value for individual works; Annex No. 2.2.3. - information about the number of man-hours for individual works; Annex No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of the forestry in the field of wood harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.2. – assortment layout of wood harvesting in the forestry; Annex No. 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of wood logging; Annex No. 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and logging; Annex No. 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of wood harvesting (potential); Annex No. 2.3.7. - information on the optimal variant of wood harvesting Annex No. 2.4.1. - potential locations for the care of forest crops; Annex No. 2.4.2. - compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out with the help of a planter. 3) The material scopes compiled in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 have an estimated character. 4) The quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the order are defined in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 3.1. „Description of the standard of technology of forest works execution" Annex No. 3.2. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the „Description of the standard of technology of forest works execution" Annex No. 3.3. „Description of the standard of technology of execution of works in the field of fire protection” Annex No. 3.4. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the „Description of the standard of technology of execution of works in the field of fire protection" The detailed description of the standard of technology of performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and the detailed description of the standard of technology of execution of works in the field of fire protection (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ constitute the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the order (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the order (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this scope the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ or Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ do not apply. The Tables of Parameters contain (separately for each Package) detailed information about the way of implementing some of the activities described in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology of execution of forest works or in Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology of execution of works in the field of fire protection, in special conditions relating to a given Package constituting the subject of the order. 5) Descriptions of the activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) constituting the subject of the order are described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 6) The description of the rules of the procedure for accepting forest works is contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
