**Short description:**

The contract involves the following main tasks:

1. **Project management:**

- Coordination of the design team

- Preparation of the project schedule

- Monitoring of the project progress

- Management of the project budget

- Preparation of progress reports

- Organisation of meetings with the client and other stakeholders

2. **Design and engineering:**

- Detailed design of the wastewater treatment plant

- Design of the sewerage network rehabilitation and optimisation

- Preparation of tender documents for construction works

- Technical assistance during the construction phase

3. **Quality control:**

- Inspection of construction works

- Control of the construction materials

- Verification of the construction progress

- Preparation of quality control reports

4. **Health and safety:**

- Preparation of the health and safety plan

- Monitoring of the health and safety measures during the construction phase

- Organisation of health and safety training sessions

5. **Environmental management:**

- Preparation of the environmental management plan

- Monitoring of the environmental measures during the construction phase

- Organisation of environmental training sessions

The contract will be executed in accordance with the FIDIC Yellow Book (1999) Conditions of Contract for Construction.
