Popis

PURPOSE AND SCOPE The objective of the procurement is to cover the Agency for Sanitation and Recycling's (REG) need for transporting bottom ash from the Haraldrud Waste Incineration Plant (HEA) and its treatment. The bottom box, a residue product of the incineration process, contains magnetic and non-magnetic metals that can be recycled. Bunnasken from Haraldrud Energy Recovery Plant is not defined as hazardous waste. This is production waste that is transported and processed before a final landfill. The bottom ash must be transported from the plant in containers, pre-treated/sorted before a residue fraction of the ash is finally deposited. The agreement shall include transport of bottom ash, including container hire, recycling of metals and depositing residual bottom ash. Tenderers shall be able to offer a system that covers the entire value chain from ranking on the facility to finishing in the most efficient way. The contract period is 2 years from when the contract is signed. The contracting authority has an option for a further 2 (1+1) years on verbatim terms.
