Inland Fisheries Ireland vyžaduje služby kompetentního dodavatele pro dodávku a dodání vozidel připravených na HVO. Vozidla musí být kompatibilní s naftou a schopna fungovat na hydrotretovaném rostlinném oleji (HVO) jako na přímém náhradní palivu bez jakékoli úpravy motoru. Účastníci výběrového řízení jsou povinni poskytnout podrobnosti o schválení výrobce pro použití parafinového paliva včetně hydrotretovaného rostlinného oleje (HVO). Jsou zde dvě kategorie - kategorie M1 osobní vozidla s minimální kapacitou 5 (pět) míst a kategorie N1 komerční vozidla s 2 (dva) místy.
