The contract is titled "Assurance Risques Statutaires".

**1.1.2. Description of the subject matter of the contract**

The subject of the contract is the provision of insurance services covering statutory risks, including but not limited to:

- Occupational accidents

- Professional illness

- Civil liability

**1.1.3. Information about the contract**

The contract will be awarded for a period of 48 months, with the possibility of renewal for an additional 24 months.

**1.3. Main objectives**

The main objective of this contract is to ensure the protection of the European Commission's staff and property against statutory risks, in accordance with the relevant legal and regulatory framework.

**1.4. Requirements for participation**

The minimum requirements for participation in this tender are:

- A valid insurance license

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in providing statutory risk insurance services

- A minimum of 3 references from previous clients

- A minimum of 300 million EUR in financial guarantees

**1.5. Award criteria**

The award criteria for this contract are as follows:

- Price: 40%

- Technical proposal: 40%

- Financial capacity: 10%

- Experience: 10%
