The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for office support services, including delivery, management and administration of licences and accompanying cloud services. The delivery shall include the necessary licence types for users and organisational entities, as well as the services required for ongoing administration, change management, consultancy and support related to the Microsoft 365 platform.
