Netherlands – Building installation work – Framework Agreement for the Solar Park - Energielandschap Lageland

The Client intends to enter into a Framework Agreement (the Agreement) with three (3) parties for the construction of the Solar Park. The Specific Contracts under the Agreement will be put out to tender as turnkey EPC contracts for the Solar Park, with the Tenderer who, in the ranking of this tender, has submitted the most economically advantageous tender being awarded the first Specific Contract. The EPC contractor must deliver the solar park on a turnkey basis, including the intake substation. The EPC contractor is responsible for the necessary coordination with the supplier of the intake substation and for ensuring the correct integration of both installations. Phase 1: approximately 58.9 MWp PV, connected to a 21 MW grid connection (shared with the BESS), with a target operational date of Q1 Phase 2: expansion by approximately 142.3 MWp of PV (total approximately 201 MWp; including third-party contributions, approximately 250.5 MWp), in conjunction with the upscaling of t 2029. - Phase 1: approximately 58.9 MWp PV, connected to a 21 MW grid connection (shared with the BESS), with a target operational date of Q1 2029. - Phase 2: expansion by approximately 142.3 MWp of PV (total approximately 201 MWp; including third-party contributions, approximately 250.5 MWp), in conjunction with the upscaling of the connection (feed-in capacity up to 260 MW, off-take up to 145 MW). Phase 2 is not being awarded at this stage, but is secured within the Agreement and will be called off at a later date via a mini-competition between the Framework Contractors. The indicative timetable is around 2032/2033, subject to TenneT. The site covers approximately 175 ha of wet peatland.
