Alta obec, ve spolupráci s obcí Porsanger a obcí Lebesby, chce uzavřít smlouvy na dodávku elektrické energie a správu portfolia. Oznámení zahrne celkovou potřebu elektrické energie pro všechny tři obce. Může být také ohodnocena možnost obsluhy koncesionářské energie jako součást smlouvy. Každá obec uzavře samostatnou smlouvu s vybraným dodavatelem. Smlouvy budou platit až 6 let.
