- Definition of the project's objectives and constraints

- Development of the project's programme

3. **Assistance during the tendering procedure:**

- Assistance in the evaluation of tenders

- Assistance in the negotiation with the selected tenderer

4. **Assistance during the execution of the works:**

- Monitoring of the works

- Assistance in the reception of the works

5. **Assistance during the operation and maintenance phase:**

- Assistance in the preparation of the operation and maintenance manual
