Atlantic Technological University nabízí uzavření rámcové smlouvy s jedním operátorem pro služební koncesi pro poskytování služeb pronájmu akademických oděvů pro slavnostní akce univerzity. Služba zahrnuje pronájem akademických oděvů, kapuc, akademických klobouků a poskytování služeb zkoušky pro všechny slavnostní akce univerzity pro studenty a akademické pracovníky v rozsahu 3 500 až 5 500 absolventů ročně pro slavnostní akce ATU pro absolventy 2023/2024, 2024/2025. Počáteční smlouva bude na dva roky s možností prodloužení. Poznámka: ATU nemůže a nechce zaručit počet absolventů v jakémkoli roce; výše uvedená čísla jsou pouze přibližná a skutečné čísla mohou být vyšší nebo nižší. Jedná se o jednoduché soutěžní řízení.
