VZ's subject is the procurement of 450 tonnes of dry skimmed milk (hereinafter also referred to as "DSM") and its preservation. The DSM will be part of the state's material reserves as property of the Czech Republic. The Administration of State Material Reserves (hereinafter also "ASMR" or "Administration") as the contracting authority ensures, in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the competence of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended, the defence capability and defence of the state, the elimination of the consequences of crisis situations and the protection of the state's vital economic interests. The subject of the VZ is divided, in accordance with Section 35 of the Act, into 3 (three) separate parts: 1. part of the VZ: Delivery and preservation of 150 tonnes of dry skimmed milk. 2. part of the VZ: Delivery and preservation of 150 tonnes of dry skimmed milk. 3. part of the VZ: Delivery and preservation of 150 tonnes of dry skimmed milk.
