The tenderer, in accordance with its Articles of Association and Operational Rules, designated as a separate operational unit pursuant to Section 16(4) of the Kbt. The tenderer concludes the contract independently, on behalf of all Operational Units, with the winning tenderer, with the Operational Units being considered independent consumers and independent payers as recorded in the draft contract.
