Beskrivelse

SKI udbyder hermed et dynamisk indkøbssystem (herefter Systemet) vedrørende anskaffelse af servere og storage. Det er frivilligt for alle SKI’s kunder, som fremgår af Bilag B Kundeliste, at gøre brug af Systemet, når de skal anskaffe servere og storage. Systemet omfatter to indkøbskategorier: • Kategori 1 Suppleringskøb • Kategori 2 Løsningskøb Kategoriernes indhold er nærmere beskrevet i bilag C Systemets genstand. Systemets genstand, som afgrænset via produkt- og ydelsesområderne, jf. bilag C, er identisk i begge kategorier, hvilket betyder, at de samme produkter og ydelser kan anskaffes i både kategori 1 og kategori 2. Kategorierne adskiller sig ved karakteren af det behov, som en konkret anskaffelse skal opfylde, og således ikke nødvendigvis ved genstanden for anskaffelsen som sådan. Kategori 1 skal anvendes, når en Kunde har et specifikt behov for at supplere eller udvide sin eksisterende løsning. Kategori 2 skal anvendes, når en Kunde har behov for at anskaffe en ny samlet løsning, der ikke tager udgangspunkt i en eksisterende installation.
