Grækenland – Forvaltningsrelaterede tjenesteydelser – ΠΑΡΟΧΗ ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΩΝ ΔΙΟΙΚΗΤΙΚΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΤΕΧΝΙΚΗΣ ΥΠΟΣΤΗΡΙΞΗΣ ΙΧΘΥΟΣΚΑΛΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΤΩΝ ΚΕΝΤΡΙΚΩΝ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΕΩΝ ΤΟΥ Ο.Κ.Α.Α. Α.Ε.

Sagens genstand beskrives i følgende afdelinger: Afdeling A: Support for the functions of the Financial Services and control of the procedures of the installations. Inkluderer følgende tjenester:

- Support for the functions of the Financial Services

- Control and registration of transactions

- Operation of refrigeration units of fish markets

- Support for the operation of collections at the Central Gate of the Central Market of Athens

- Provision of support services for special technical and scientific staff

The place of provision of the services will be the Central Installations of the O.K.A.A. as well as the Fish Market of Keratsini, Nea Mihaniona, Patras, Chalkida, Kavala, Chania, Chios, Preveza, Volos, Alexandroupoli, Kalymnos and the Central Market of Patras.

The services provided are classified under the following codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 79420000-4, 71700000-5 and 72224000-1

The estimated value of the contract amounts to the sum of seven million one hundred ninety-two thousand nine hundred forty-seven euros and eight cents (€ 7.192.947,08) plus VAT 24% of one million seven hundred twenty-six thousand three hundred seven euros and thirty cents (€ 1.726.307,30)

Total amount including VAT: Eight million nine hundred nineteen thousand two hundred fifty-four euros and thirty-eight cents (8.919.254,38 €).

Right of option for extension of one (1) year, amounts to the sum of three million five hundred ninety-six thousand four hundred seventy-three euros and fifty-four cents (€ 3.596.473,54), plus VAT 24%, eight hundred sixty-three thousand one hundred fifty-three euros and sixty-five cents (€ 863.153,65).

Total budget for services provided including options and excluding VAT 24%: Ten million seven hundred eighty-nine thousand four hundred twenty euros and sixty-two cents (10.789.420,62 €).

Total budget for services provided including options and including VAT 24%: Thirteen million three hundred seventy-eight thousand eight hundred eighty-one euros and fifty-seven cents (13.378.881,57 €)

The duration of the contract is set at 24 months. The duration of the option right is set at 12 months from the signature of the option contract. Alternative tenders are not allowed. A detailed description of the physical and economic object of the contract is given in ANNEX I of this Declaration. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous tender, based on the best quality-price ratio.
