Norvégia – Óvodaépületek kivitelezése – TURNKEY CONTRACT - HERØY NURSERY SCHOOL
Beskrivelse
A new nursery school shall be constructed in Herøy municipality with a gross area of approx. 1,920 m², including outdoor sheds, carriage stalls and a barbecue cabin. The project will be carried out as a turnkey contract and comprises the demolition of an existing building, the construction of new buildings with universal design, energy efficient systems and complete technical installations for HVAC, electricity, automation and fire extinguishing. The outside area shall be built up with play apparatuses, a parking area, a new exit and green areas, as well as a new water and sewage and electricity installation. The planned start up is spring 2026 with completion summer 2027.
