Purpose of the VZ is to secure state material reserves in the form of reserving 100 tonnes of smoked pork ham (hereinafter also referred to as "pork ham") with the condition of possible future purchase of the entire reserved volume of pork ham or a part thereof. The material reserve will, in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the competence of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended, be considered as the property of the Czech Republic with the responsibility to manage for the contracting authority (the transfer of ownership to the Czech Republic will only take place on the basis of the Purchase Agreement upon actual purchase (discharge) of the subject of the reservation). The subject of the VZ is divided into 2 (two) parts: 1. part of the VZ: reservation of 50 tonnes of pork ham - sliced packaging, 2. part of the VZ: reservation of 50 tonnes of pork ham - whole packaging.
