Belgien – Medicinske forbrugsmaterialer – Raamovereenkomst voor de aankoop van wegwerpcystoscopen en -ureteroscopen met bijhorende monitoren voor de dienst urologie

For our urology department, we wish to transition to a 2-year framework agreement, 2x extendable by 1 year, for the purchase of disposable cystoscopes and disposable ureteroscopes with accompanying monitors (4 units). Preferably, the same monitor can be used for both the cystoscopes and the ureteroscopes. In this framework agreement, we wish to obtain an agreement for the purchase of the scopes and a leasing formula for the monitors. This must be taken into account in the tender to be submitted. The total value of the framework agreement is estimated at a maximum of 105.000,00€ per year, or a maximum of 420.000,00€ over 4 years for the disposable cystoscopes and a maximum of 22.000,00€ per year, or a maximum of 88.000,00€ over 4 years for the disposable ureteroscopes. This brings the total value for this framework agreement to 127.000,00€, excl. VAT per year or 508.000,00€ excl. VAT, for the full 4 years. This is also considered the maximum order value.
