-Form for the framework agreement (cf. art. 2-3 of the consultation regulation)

For lots 1 to 3, the consultation will result in a multi-beneficiary framework agreement with call-off orders, with three beneficiaries, setting all contractual terms. For lot 4, the consultation will result in a single-beneficiary framework agreement with call-off orders.

* Lots 1 to 3: Allocation of orders between beneficiaries

For lots 1 and 2: the 1st beneficiary will be contacted first, if it does not respond quickly enough the order will be placed with the 2nd beneficiary, then the 3rd beneficiary. For lot 3: the orders will be allocated in turn to the beneficiaries according to the year of execution of the framework agreement, as follows: 1st year: 1st beneficiary 2nd year: 2nd beneficiary 3rd year: 3rd beneficiary 4th year: 1st beneficiary
