Törökbálint Kommune's educational, childcare and social welfare institutions' catering services, starting from the 6th working day after the contract comes into force, with the first month's menu to be handed over to the Inviting Party at the time of contract signing. Catering services: preparation of dishes by the winning bidder's own facility and daily and per portion delivery (hereinafter together: catering) to Törökbálint Municipality's educational, childcare and social welfare institutions, including the delivery of diet and food allergy-friendly dishes according to the 37/2014. (IV.30.) EMMI decree, as well as the removal of food waste at least 3 times a week. The winning bidder is obliged to provide the service subject to the procurement procedure in accordance with the invitation, the documentation, the draft contract and the relevant laws, standards, other regulations and quality requirements. The Bidder's task extends to all tasks defined in the invitation and the documentation, even if the contract to be concluded does not contain them; and possibly also to those tasks that the contract contains, but the task description does not. The Inviting Party operates a self-service (self-service) system at the following locations: 2045 Törökbálint, Óvoda u. 6. (Bálint Márton Elementary School and Grammar School site) 2045 Törökbálint, Dózsa Gy.u.15. (Zimándy Ignác Elementary School) – upper grade With regard to these institutions, the winning bidder must determine the quantity of food to be delivered, which is entirely the responsibility of the winning bidder. 443,93 persons/day for self-service catering. The winning Bidder is obliged to implement the so-called "Taste Base" program at the self-service catering sites (with a mandatory commitment once a month) • Children should get to know vegetables, fruits, cereals and protein sources in a playful, interactive way. • To raise awareness of the basic principles of healthy eating in children. • To present the diversity of local, seasonal raw materials, their taste and physiological effects. The winning Bidder is obliged to deliver the meals for the social catering service provided by the Helping Hand Service pre-packaged, single-portion, closed, food-safe packaging. The meals provided within the framework of social catering are handed over in the form of shocked, chilled ready-to-eat meals. The winning Bidder is obliged to ensure that the relevant food safety and temperature requirements are fully complied with during the preparation, packaging, storage and transport of the meals. The winning Bidder is obliged to make available to the Inviting Party an IT catering module that fully complies with the task definition contained in the procurement documentation. The winning Bidder is obliged to provide the energy requirement per person per age group for the catering services provided by it, taking into account the valid 37/2014. (IV. 30.) EMMI decree 5. § (2)-(2a) and the energy requirement values listed in the decree's 3. annex. The winning Bidder shall make the monthly advance normal, diet and other special menus available electronically via the IT catering module by the 5th of the previous month. If the 5th of the month is a public holiday or a non-working day, the winning Bidder shall ensure the availability of the menus on the first working day following the 5th of the month. The Bidder is obliged, as part of its bid, to prepare and submit menus for each type of meal subject to the procurement, (as part of the expert bid) in accordance with the requirements of the procurement documentation. The Inviting Party draws the Bidder's attention to the fact that if the expert bid or part of it is not submitted, the bid will be declared invalid by the Inviting Party pursuant to Kbt. 73. § (1) n) point. Only non-significant, individual details of the expert bid may be corrected or clarified during the remedy/clarification process!
