Projektet NEB N13 Viabilità Bellinzona Sud – Riazzino omfatter civile ingeniørarbejder, herunder vedligeholdelse af overfladen, erstatning med et lyddæmpende overfladebelæg og forbedring eller erstatning af eksisterende infrastruktur. Det omfatter desuden tilpasning af en del af rundkørslerne i Piano di Magadino, mellem rundkørslen ved Bellinzona Sud-tilkørslen (ekskl.) og rundkørslen ved Locarno Lufthavn (inkl.), som en del af trafikautomatiseringssystemet. Den afsnit, der er omtalt i udbuddet, kaldet "comparto ovest", strækker sig fra rundkørslen ved Contone Est til rundkørslen ved Locarno Lufthavn, begge inklusive. The contract is for the provision of a range of services to support the implementation of the EU's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.
