The competition is for the delivery of winter maintenance in zone 1 Gamvik and zone 2 Skjånes. The procurement ́s value is estimated below 1.1.4. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the Public Procurement Act § 5h, and concluded that there is no requirement for apprentices in this procurement, as the main elements of the contract do not include work where it is relevant to use labour with certificates of apprenticeship or craft, cf. the Procurement Act § 5h 2nd section letter c. A contract has been signed in a previous competition in zone 3 Mehamn, which is not included in this competition.
