**Description of the Contract:**

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Informatics (DG DIGIT) intends to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Wireline Services. This DPS will cover a wide range of wireline services, including but not limited to:

- Leased lines

- Internet access

- Virtual Private Network (VPN) services

- Managed services

- Voice services

- Data services

- Cloud services

The DPS will be open to all economic operators who meet the selection criteria and who are willing to provide the required services. The DPS will have a duration of 4 years from the date of its establishment, with the possibility of extension for up to 2 additional years.

The estimated total value of the DPS is EUR 100 000 000, excluding VAT.
