Frankrig – Byggeledelse – Missions d'OPC-Commissionnement en vue des Travaux sur Equipements CVC du Bâtiment DUGOUJON, LYON 03

- Assistance under design phases: APS - APD - PRO,

- Assistance under the "construction" phases, partial acceptance and commissioning,

- Assistance under the phases of guarantee of perfect completion and proper functioning, from the partial acceptances that the project management will define, and up to 2 years after the last partial acceptance of the works.

For these tasks, the OPC and the Commissioning Agent will need to liaise with multiple stakeholders:

- The client,

- The project manager,

- The technical controller,

- The safety and health protection coordinator,

- The contractors and their subcontractors,

- The operator and users,

- Cleaning service providers,

- The various departments of the Métropole de Lyon (moving, maintenance, energy, …).
