**Description:**

Vilnius City Municipality invites tenders for the provision of construction, reconstruction, and repair services for water supply and sewerage networks. The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender in accordance with the Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Lithuania and the Municipal Procurement Regulations of Vilnius City Municipality.

The estimated value of the contract is EUR 5,000,000.00 (excl. VAT).

The contract will be for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the contract.

The tender documents can be obtained from the Public Procurement Office, Vilnius City Municipality, Vilnius, Lithuania. The tender documents are available in English and Lithuanian.

The deadline for submission of tenders is 12.01.2024, 12:00 (local time).

Tenders must be submitted in English or Lithuanian.

Late tenders will not be accepted.

Vilnius City Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, to annul the tendering procedure and to award the contract to the tenderer who, in the opinion of Vilnius City Municipality, is best able to meet the requirements of the contract.

**Lot 1:**

Construction of new water supply and sewerage networks

**Lot 2:**

Reconstruction of existing water supply and sewerage networks

**Lot 3:**

Repair and maintenance of water supply and sewerage networks

**Eligible tenderers:**

All economic operators established in the European Economic Area (EEA) and fulfilling the selection criteria set out in the tender documents are eligible to participate in this tender procedure.

**Selection criteria:**

Economic and financial capacity:

* Annual turnover for the last three years: minimum EUR 2,000,000.00 (excl. VAT)

Technical capacity:

* Relevant experience in construction, reconstruction, and repair of water supply and sewerage networks

* Appropriate equipment and machinery

* Qualified personnel

**Award criteria:**

The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender on the basis of the following criteria:

* Price (weighting: 60%)

* Quality (weighting: 20%)

* Delivery time (weighting: 20%)

**Contract duration:**

The contract will be for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the contract.
