The awarding authority is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of events management services.

The framework agreement will cover the following services:

1. Management of conferences, seminars, workshops and other events

2. Venue sourcing and management

3. Catering services

4. Technical support and equipment hire

5. Accommodation services

6. Travel and transport services

7. Event security and safety management

8. Event marketing and promotion

9. Event logistics and coordination

10. Event evaluation and reporting

The framework agreement will be divided into the following lots:

Lot 1: Management of conferences, seminars, workshops and other events

Lot 2: Venue sourcing and management, catering services, technical support and equipment hire

Lot 3: Accommodation services, travel and transport services

Lot 4: Event security and safety management, event marketing and promotion

Lot 5: Event logistics and coordination, event evaluation and reporting

The estimated total value of the framework agreement is EUR 5 000 000 (excl. VAT).

The duration of the framework agreement will be 48 months, with the possibility of extension for a further 24 months.

The awarding authority reserves the right to award one or more framework agreements.

The awarding authority will use the dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the award of the framework agreement.

The awarding authority will use the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) criterion for the award of the framework agreement.

The awarding authority will use the following weighting for the award criteria:

1. Methodology (40%)

2. Price (40%)

3. Quality (20%)

The awarding authority will use the following minimum requirements for the award criteria:

1. Methodology: The tenderer must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering successful events management services.

2. Price: The tenderer must provide a competitive price for the services.

3. Quality: The tenderer must demonstrate a high level of quality in the delivery of the services.

3. Environmental management systems

The awarding authority will use the following exclusion grounds for the award of the framework agreement:

4. Exclusion on grounds of failure to fulfil obligations relating to the payment of social security contributions or the payment of taxes
