Prestations d’Assistance à Maîtrise d’Œuvre de Suivi de Réalisation (AMOE-SR) for the future Support Building for the LMJ Experimental Hall at the CESTA site, until the award of the construction contracts. As part of the present consultation, the CEA wishes to entrust the Contractor with the task of Assistance à Maîtrise d’Œuvre de Suivi de Réalisation (AMOE-SR) for the future Support Building for the LMJ Experimental Hall at the CESTA site, until the award of the construction contracts. As part of this assistance mission, the services performed entirely on the CESTA site cover the following areas: • Scheduling, spatial and temporal coordination of construction contracts, • Operation and management of the design process (secretariat, document management, synthesis, BIM, DET, OPC, safety, environment, etc.), • Management of the execution of the IBS-A/B/C construction contracts, • Follow-up of studies, • Follow-up of construction work, • Tests, OPR and acceptance of construction work.
