For lot 3, it is an ordinary contract. For lots 1, 2 and 4, it is a framework agreement with a maximum number of orders to be placed in accordance with articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded to a single economic operator. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. Lot 3 is executed at a lump sum. For lots 1, 2 and 4, the services are settled by unit prices according to the provisions of the engagement act and the catalogue prices.
