**2.1. Description of the procurement**

The **European Commission** is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of civil and structural engineering consultancy services. The framework agreement will be divided into 5 lots, each covering specific geographical areas. The total estimated value of the framework agreement is EUR 10 000 000, excluding VAT.

**2.2. Description of the services**

The services to be provided include, but are not limited to:

- Structural engineering design and analysis

- Civil engineering design and analysis

- Site inspections and surveys

- Preparation of technical reports and drawings

- Project management and coordination

**3. Award criteria**

The award criteria will be as follows:

- Technical capacity: 60%

- Economic and financial capacity: 20%

- Experience: 20%
