For Masterplan Westraven, based on a UAV specification, the Rijkskantoor, used by Rijkswaterstaat, is being renovated in phases. The core of the task is the integral redesign and optimisation of the work environment. This includes logistics, the mix of workplaces, and the spatial layout. Supporting facilities such as catering facilities, meeting, presentation, and meeting rooms are both qualitatively and quantitatively made sufficient. This European non-open procedure is a re-tender. In October 2025, this project assignment has already been published via a competitive dialogue via TenderNed (see reference 546767) and withdrawn in June 2026. - high-rise 23 floors (excluding basement and roof structure)

- low-rise: 5 wings each with 4 floors (excluding roof structure)

Special feature: during the works, the maintenance of the operational parts of the Westraven complex falls under the responsibility of the contracted maintenance contractors. During the realisation, coordination is necessary for, among other things, temporary situations, (partial) use and (impact of) major works. A guideline price is used, which is based on a carefully prepared estimate prior to the tender, including market prices. This guideline price will be communicated to the selected candidates during the registration phase.
