Vereningen Ons Middelbaar Onderwijs (herein: "The Procuring Entity") is planning to have the (re)construction of the Theresialyceum in Tilburg carried out. The design team is working on the Preliminary Design. After completion of the Preliminary Design phase, the design must be further developed in collaboration with the construction team. The construction team contractor to be added to the design team will therefore be selected through this tender. The Procuring Entity intends to select one Applicant and has therefore published a European non-open tendering procedure for this purpose. circa 6250 m2 bvo
