For at the continuity of Fellenoord 2040 can be better secured in the long term, the need to establish a long-term partnership with market parties is required. This is for both filling a personnel need of the organisation, where Fellenoord 2040 lends capacity and (specialist) expertise from the relevant Framework Contractors, and for the delivery of engineering and advisory services. The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is approximately € 40 million (excl. VAT) over the entire term, including extension options, indexations, possible CAO adjustments and other options. This estimate relates to the total of further orders and is indicative in nature. No rights can be derived from this estimate. The stated value does not constitute a purchase obligation for the Contracting Authority. Broken down at plot level, the following indicative distribution is used: P1: Lending of (specialist) expertise: 70% P2: Result-oriented engineering and advisory services: 30%
