Lot 2: Banat zone (Rețele Electrice România S.A. Banat zone, PPC Energie S.A. Banat and Transilvania zone, PPC Renewables România S.R.L. Banat zone)

Lot 3: Dobrogea zone (Rețele Electrice România S.A. Dobrogea zone, PPC Energie S.A. Dobrogea and Moldova zone, PPC Renewables România S.R.L. Dobrogea zone)

The contracting entity will respond clearly to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day, before the deadline set for the submission of participation requests, in accordance with art. 173 alin. (1) of Law 99/2016, with subsequent amendments. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of participation requests/offer: 19 days. Any requests for clarification of the award documentation will be requested in the SAP ARIBA Procurement System. The consolidated response to any requests for clarification of the award documentation will be published in SEAP.
