Rumænien – Naturgas – Acord-cadru furnizare gaze naturale - 5 luni

Contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with 1 (one) economic operator. Subsequent contracts are awarded without reopening competition. Duration of the framework agreement: 5 months. The details of the products are presented in the Terms of Reference. After the publication of the invitation to tender, economic operators can submit clarification requests in the section Procedure Details/Clarification Request/Questions/Communications. Any clarification request must be submitted in SEAP (http://e-licitatie.ro). Responses to clarification requests are made in accordance with art. 160-161 of Law No. 98/2016. The number of days until which clarifications or information related to the award documentation can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests of economic operators/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
