**Description of the procurement:**

The contracting authority intends to acquire the following urban furniture:

1. **Benches and seating areas:** 50 units, each with a maximum length of 2 meters and a maximum width of 0.5 meters. The benches should be made of durable materials such as metal or composite materials, and should be designed to withstand outdoor conditions. The benches should also be equipped with anti-vandalism features.

2. **Waste bins:** 100 units, with a capacity of 120 liters each. The bins should be made of durable materials such as metal or plastic, and should be designed to withstand outdoor conditions. The bins should also be equipped with a lid and a foot pedal for easy opening.

3. **Planters:** 200 units, with a capacity of 50 liters each. The planters should be made of durable materials such as metal or plastic, and should be designed to withstand outdoor conditions. The planters should also be equipped with a drainage system to prevent waterlogging.

4. **Bicycle racks:** 50 units, each with a capacity of 10 bicycles. The racks should be made of durable materials such as metal, and should be designed to withstand outdoor conditions. The racks should also be equipped with anti-theft features.

5. **Street lighting:** 100 units, with a height of 3 meters each. The lighting should be energy-efficient and designed to withstand outdoor conditions. The lighting should also be equipped with motion sensors to conserve energy.

**Award criteria:** The most economically advantageous tender, based on the following criteria:

1. Price (weighting: 60%)

2. Quality (weighting: 30%)

3. Delivery time (weighting: 10%)

**Time limit for completion of the contract:** 12 months from the date of the contract award

**Additional information:** All tenders must be submitted in French. Tenders submitted in any other language will not be considered. The contracting authority reserves the right to reject any tender that does not comply with the requirements set out in this notice.
