Short Description:

The Ministry of Finance is seeking to establish a framework agreement for catering services (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") for the provision of catering services to various government institutions and agencies in Riga, Latvia.

The Agreement will cover the provision of catering services, including but not limited to:

- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner

- Coffee breaks and refreshments

- Special events and functions

- Dietary requirements and special meals

The estimated total value of the Agreement is EUR 500,000 (excluding VAT).

The duration of the Agreement will be 3 years, with the possibility of extension for an additional 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.

The Ministry of Finance reserves the right to award the Agreement to one or more suppliers, depending on the quality and competitiveness of the proposals received.

Interested suppliers are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the instructions provided in the tender documentation, which can be obtained from the Ministry of Finance.

The deadline for the submission of proposals is 15 March 2024, 12:00 noon local time.

Short Description:

Udbud til kantine- og serveringsydelser

Finansministeriet søger at indgå en rammeaftale om kantine- og serveringsydelser (herinafter kaldet "aftalen") for levering af kantine- og serveringsydelser til forskellige offentlige institutioner og myndigheder i Riga, Letland.

Aftalen dækker levering af kantine- og serveringsydelser, herunder, men ikke begrænset til:

- Morgenmad, frokost og aftensmad

- Kaffepauser og forfriskninger

- Specielle arrangementer og funktioner

- Kosttilskud og særlige måltider

Den anslåede samlede værdi af aftalen er 500.000 EUR (eks. moms).

Varigheden af aftalen er 3 år, med mulighed for forlængelse med yderligere 2 år, afhængigt af tilfredsstillende præstation og fælles aftale.

Finansministeriet reserverer sig retten til at tildele aftalen til en eller flere leverandører, afhængigt af kvaliteten og konkurrenceevnen i de indsendte tilbud.

Interesserede leverandører inviteres til at indsende deres tilbud i overensstemmelse med de instruktioner, der er angivet i udbudsdokumentationen, som kan hentes fra Finansministeriet.

Fristen for indsendelse af tilbud er 15. marts 2024, kl. 12:00 lokal tid.
