Bardu kommune skal indgå en kontrakt om velfærdsydelser (24-timers ydelser) for et barn under 18 år. Ydelsen skal organiseres som et børnehjem, hvor barnet bor permanent på en institution uden for hjemmet, hvor ansatte på institutionen udfører den daglige omsorg på forældrenes vegne. Kontrakten vil tildeles i overensstemmelse med den begrænsede udbudsprocedure. Denne kvalifikationsstart begynder indkøbsprocessen. Kontrakten vil underskrives uden en anden konkurrencebekendtgørelse end denne forhåndsbekendtgørelse.
