- Preparation of the water law dossier

- Preparation of the environmental dossier (4-season diagnosis; environmental diagnosis of fauna and flora)

- Land solutions (Purchase / Temporary Occupation Agreement)

- Clearance permit

- Work permits, passage permits, information to neighbours, etc.

- Data acquisition (soil data and topographical surveys)

- Preparation of plans (plan views and cross-sections) according to input data (location of areas).

- Delivery of a deliverable of type APO according to the specifications provided by DTII

- Methodology implemented and characteristics of materials used (reuse/new, origin, quality).

Works (operations for creating assembly areas, accessibility and safety operations within the premises and restoration operations):

- Site security (supply and installation of HERAS fencing with earthing)

- Clearing and felling of trees

- Supply and installation of LGV-type fences and gates

- Earthworks (excavation, backfilling, structure of railway platforms, including supply of necessary materials) up to the altitude of the existing railway platform (track)

- Roadworks: reinforcement or creation of access allowing the circulation of heavy goods vehicles and lifting equipment.

- Implementation of drainage works (creation or culverting of ditches)

- Removal / installation of LGV-type fences and gates

- Implementation of cable duct securing

- Creation of ramps for Lorry Auto Moteur

- Possible removal of fences and platform at the end of the project

- Evacuation of excess or unsuitable materials at the end of the project

- Reshaping of tracks and turning areas

- Securing of stairs via concreting of hollow steps, compliance of handrails

- Securing of the assembly area and access (GS4, guardrails, gratings, etc.).

- Restoration of land at the end of works in case of temporary occupation of land
