Målet med indkøbet er at indgå en rammeaftale om indkøb af "digitalt fællesbrugsudstyr/AV-udstyr og tilknyttede services". Aftalen skal dække behovet for digitalt fællesbrugsudstyr (DFB) for alle enheder og bygninger, hvor Bærum kommune har ansvaret for sådant fællesudstyr. Kommunen har separate aftaler om klientudstyr.
