Mixed contract: Lot 1: Sports buildings - Gyms and Stadiums (Ville de Colmar / Colmar Agglomération)

- The services detailed in the "DPGF" tab of the financial document result in a public contract for fixed prices. They constitute the fixed-price part of the mixed contract.

- The services detailed in the "Price List" tab of the financial document result in a framework agreement with order forms, concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 100,000 euro(s) excl. VAT, in accordance with articles L2125-1; R2161-1 to 6 and R2161-13 and 14 of the Code de la Commande Publique. They constitute the order form part of the mixed contract.

Mixed contract: Lot 2: Public toilets (Ville de Colmar / Colmar Agglomération)

- The services detailed in the "DPGF" tab of the financial document result in a public contract for fixed prices. They constitute the fixed-price part of the mixed contract.

- The services detailed in the "Price List" tab of the financial document result in a framework agreement with order forms, concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 150,000 euro(s) excl. VAT, in accordance with articles L2125-1; R2161-1 to 6 and R2161-13 and 14 of the Code de la Commande Publique. They constitute the order form part of the mixed contract.

For each lot, the amounts are identical for the possible renewal period.
