The European Commission, Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (DG ECHO) intends to conclude a framework agreement with one or more suppliers for the supply of dry ice. The dry ice will be used for the transportation of temperature-sensitive goods, including but not limited to, humanitarian aid supplies, vaccines, and other medical supplies. The framework agreement will have a duration of 48 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 24 months.
