Tampere Kommune's procurement services will tender the design services for the public areas, roads, streets and area technology for the municipal area of Tampere, for Tampere Energia Oy, Tampere Infra Oy and Tampere Vesi Oy, for the period 1.2.2027-31.1.2029, which can be extended for a two-year option period. The framework agreement and its terms and conditions are described in more detail in the draft contract. Tampere Energia Oy will use the contract solely for the design of joint development projects by the ordering parties. Six (6) suppliers will be selected for the framework agreement, which have submitted the most economically advantageous offers in terms of price-quality ratio. The supplier selection for the framework agreement is based on overall economic advantage and the set price and quality comparison criteria. The comparison criteria will be specified in more detail below.
