Norvégia – Kutatási tanácsadó szolgáltatások – Evaluation of Norwegian participation in InvestEU and assessment of participation in the coming programme period.

The main objective of the evaluation assignment is to assess the investeu membership ́s relevance, efficiency, achieved and expected results for Norwegian value creation. The evaluation shall also advise on Norwegian participation in the loan, guarantee and equity instruments in the EU's next programme period as well as how Norwegian loan, guarantee and equity instruments should be organised in the Norway participate in the measures and if Norway do not participate in the measures. The final delivery deadline for the contract is 28 August 2026. The estimated value of the procurement is up to NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT.
